Feed the birds

The air is crisp and cold, gradually chilling down through the day. Snow is still predicted for early next week and winter tries one last time to force us to bury ourselves into our multi layer coats.

The bird food has been topped up and cunning magpies have been taking advantage of their new found free food forcing the smaller birds into the hedge whilst they take their share.

This blip of the food under the tree should offer protection and a reliable source of food for the smaller birds.
