Close encounters...

Taking the rubbish out to the bin this evening, the view from the gate struck me. The streetlights in the fog (which hasn't really lifted all day) look like alien craft, training their spotlights on the white van (probably looking for intelligent life - good luck finding it with White Van Man!).

Spent the afternoon tootling around looking at showers. I've got sick of my bathroom before getting sick of the kitchen, so it's the first for a makeover. I've chosen my sink and loo (v swish), and had my heart set on a 900mm quadrant shower enclosure. Which, on re-measuring the bathroom before I went out, I now know won't fit :-( Hey ho, back to the drawing board...
