Snip and Stick

Great teamwork makes for productivity and plenty of smiles and that was the theme today in the aircraft workshop. Snip, snip of the fabric tape, stick stick with the dope and quick steam with the iron.

We’ve now covered, taped and stitched all control surfaces with just the fuselage remaining. I supplied delicious cakes from the village bakery for afternoon tea and DB supplied crumpets. Good job we’re burning lots of energy or we’d get fat!

Off to visit my steam engine buddies tomorrow morning and then back to the workshop.
