Too many E numbers!

After Ethan's gymnastics class this morning, hubbie and I were on a mission. It involved going round numerous B&Q's in the area trying to find the perfect flooring for our hallway.

Ethan handled going in and out all the different stores really well until he pulled open a drawer in a kitchen display ... right onto his face. Cue lots of blood, lots of crying and a big fat split lip! Ouch! Fortunately it looked worse than it was and he soon calmed down when I gave him a bit of chocolate (NOT something he gets very often so he was probably in shock about that)!

By the time we'd finished looking round the last store it was dinner time. So a Pizza Hut dinner it was, with an E number laden ice-cream factory for Ethan's desert.

We were quite late home and he fell asleep in the car on the way back, clearly knackered as he hadn't had a daytime nap today. He woke up when hubbie brought him in the house but ended up falling asleep back in our bed before waking again at 11pm and asking to go in his own bed. Let's hope he now stays there for the rest of the night.
