Missed out on MOTD; such was the sleeping in of everyone; and a warmer (relatively!) and brighter day saw us take off for Leith to fix the puncture on her lad's bike; abandonded at David Lloyd at Newhaven with a flat front tyre.

I managed to warm the fingers sufficently to do the deed and taking in Asda for essential supplies we went home for a cooked breakfast. Then jumped a 47 to hers; yet more laundry drop off and she was a little under the weather - her lad kindly deciding to share his lurgy of last week with her. So a cuppa later, we exited into town. 
PSG (not the footballing giants) and the play park (they met one of their school chums and spent 15 minutes chasing each other about) and then Sports Direct for a much sought after Adidas top (reinvesting Grandpa's tenner of yesterday) before a bus home and in and a quiet evening of sweet and sour and baths and homework / reading.
