Seems like I've been here before ....

Feeling cursed today as we were supposed to be in Portsmouth for a few days. Unfortunately my shoulder worsened in the night and at 6am I knew our break wasn't going to happen.
Still unsure what the problem is but the centre have said rest and keep on top of the pain. Taking Tramadol & paracetamol yet again.
