Sleep over in another world

1. I am to meet Fiona at Dalmuir Station. I have to check that this is in fact still in Glasgow. I quite like getting the low level train from Queen Street - I always feel like I'm in another city.

2. We have a slightly scary journey, but make it to Lynn's new house in Strathblane in one piece. We can't see the house numbers as we mooch along. We do spot the pumpkin and know we're here.

3. Lynn and Paul have done a huge amount of work on their new house and it's stunning, a really, really lovely place.

4. A great meal, great chat and and a really good catch up.

5. Hanging out with Lynn and Fiona is a great way to spend an evening. I love it.
