Strife and the right one.

1. A road trip with two of my favourite colleagues today. From the start it is a joy and exactly what I love about the job I do.

2. Kirkcaldy and this empty hall. Won't be empty for long at least not come September. We love it. It's the right place.

3. We want to have lunch in the Feuars Arms. It's one of the most beautifully tiled pubs I've seen. No food but so we move on. Fancy tiles do not a customer make. Everyone in town is in the Pathhead Arms.

4. After an ace mac and cheese followed by a munchie crunchie to share we move on to Dundee.

5. My first day in my new job and a meeting I was worried about turns out grand. Lots of learning and lots of laughs. The very best kind of day. My goodness.
