Splish......splash....

.....Ibis taking a bath.....

A very hot 39C, I very nearly joined him but he was taking up all the room, water going in all directions.

We spent the day at Featherdale Wildlife park. I was in my element taking photo's of wallabies, wombats, koalas, birds, dingoes, goannas, echidnas and a crocodile. It really was hard to choose but decided to go with the Ibis and have put some other's in extras.

By lunch we were all looking for something cool, I had fresh fruit salad with a mixture of different melons, grapes, strawberries and pineapple, so refreshing and delicious! 

In the evening we sat out on the deck enjoying a glass of local pinot gris while brother G was cooking a bbq tea. Lots of different sounds from birds which remained elusive and as dusk arrived frogs joined the chorus, so different from home.

Another fun filled day......end of tomorrow we sadly return home.
