Snow Day!

With more snow overnight, most schools closed and few trains running, it was far from your average Thursday. C and I made an early trip down to the shops for supplies, then returned for breakfast and to put the pork in the slow cooker for a easy but very tasty tea.

Once layered up we dragged the sledges up to Northcliffe for some snow fun. Despite the slideways wind which was blowing the powdery snow into our faces, we had fun and managed to keep warm.

For an extra bit of exercise, well I had cancelled my circuits class this morning, I pulled them home on the sledges in tandem- only on the downhill though!
