Snow day!

School was cancelled and closed this morning so no trek through the blizzards for us thankfully.

We had a leisurely breakfast and then muffled up to go and play in the snow. C and R loved the sledge rides and after visiting the big hill at our nearby park for scary sledging, we had a snowball fight in the back garden.

Back in for warm up and lunch, followed by Stick Man, Peppa Pig’s 1st Movie and a nap!

Once warmed the children decided we needed some more snow action late afternoon so we headed back out. The wind was purely Siberian, so very cold - we didn’t stay out too long but C flew down the hill on the sledge and loved it!

Back in for tea and a warm bath time!
