We had a lot of snow yesterday - well a lot for us down here in the south - and it's snowing again now. Everything looks lovely and everywhere has pretty well closed down. As there is a hill at the top of our road there is very little traffic and lots of young people walking by with sledges and other makeshift items that can serve as a sledge, like trays. This family passed me on their way back from Sainsbury's and they had bought a tray to have a go at sledging. They kindly accommodated my desire for a photo. They were having a great time! A couple of extras show them further up the hill and our garden barometer.
