Thursday: Playing At Robinson Crusoe

We headed back to La Bocana beach this morning and went for a really long walk. Someone at our hotel had recently seen turtles there but we weren't quite so lucky. It was still beautiful out there though.

The rest of the afternoon was spent poolside. Everyone was very chatty with us today so we never got to read our books. Everyone's very friendly but by the end of the day we were longing for a bit of quiet time.

We played some pool at a place just down the road and ended up playing against some locals who asked if we'd give them a game. I'm pleased to say I didn't completely disgrace myself.
