Fieldfare!

There have been a lot of birds in the garden as they need the food and fresh water in this snowy weather. I was pleased to see this fieldfare visiting and managed to get a shot through the kitchen window before it flew away.

I should have had a dentist's appointment this afternoon but apparently he set off and had to turn around when he could go no further. He lives 60 miles away so it must have been a difficult journey as a lot of the county's roads are closed with accidents or high snow drifts. I was glad that I didn't have to go out it has to be said!

The extra is of the Snow Triangle on the back window of my car, there must have been a slight thaw this afternoon.
