Hair and air

I was told not to use any products in the shower which makes hair washing impossible without a backwards sink so went to the hairdresser to have it washed. It feels so much better now!

As I can only walk a few steps at a time, F took and collected me in the car ( it would normally only take me 5 minutes to walk it).

We stopped at the castle for a few minutes of fresh air and I took a photo of the church and Olde Boote Inn. There are no ducks in shot because there were visitors behind me and they had hopes of being fed.

An afternoon of dozing and catching up on the Shetland series that I’d recorded. I have felt much better today which is great.
