Woohooooo

Wow, Coralie really turned it on for us this morning. I knew there had been a Currawong in the bird bowl because there was water all over the deck. I had no idea that she would return but lucky for me she did. I had just had a shower and without giving too much away, I didn’t actually have many clothes on when I noticed her sitting on the side of the deck. I raced downstairs for the camera and came back just in time to capture her having a whale of a time. I have added some extras of the whole event and I don’t think we have a more enthusiastic visitor. I just love these birds and although they’re not here all the time, when they do call by they can be highly amusing. I think the extra images will give you a good laugh as well :)

CCN and I went to the opening of the new Max Dupain Gallery in Leura tonight. It is a fantastic gallery and showcases some of this Australian photographers best works. We think it will be a real asset for the mountains. Also called in and bought our first batch of new seasons apples from the Loganbrae apple orchard. They were Royal Gala apples and trust me, they’re absolutely delicious.
