Hooked

On crochet:  a new blanket and a new stitch .......  the V stitch.  Easier than I thought and it's growing quite quickly with pretty colour combinations, but it does make your eyes go funny at times.

A very murky day here, hospital visiting in the afternoon, highly depressing two lovely friends both elderly one with pneumonia and the other having just suffered a debilitating stroke, but which left me feeling so very lucky.  I count my blessings every day.
