70s Ugliness

What used to be a lovely old town was destroyed in the 60s and 70s by concrete developments.  The old library and council offices were on this site before the concrete car park took its place.  Ugly isn't it?  It's even worse in the stairwells.  Dark, smelly and very very ugly...

I did have to think hard about where to go to get and ugly blip for Monomonday though, so I suppose that's good!
