She's thinking, "I'm too cute for words, right?" or, "Shoot, busted!"  It's ok, I let her stay on the couch since she looked very cozy.  She went on a walk with me again at the park after this. We saw one new duck we haven't seen before, a green-winged teal (extra). Plus we got up pretty close to the great blue heron that hangs out at the ponds a lot (another extra). Sometimes, I have to hang Salem's leash on a branch, back away a bit from the water, so as not to scare the birds as much.
