With the snowy weather of last week my bike is sat in the conservatory on the turbo trainer. Not the most engaging form of cycling but it is at least exercise and should help to keep my weight under control :-)

Whenever I try a macro image of something like this I always end up thinking the subject is not as clean as I had thought it was!

Going by comments on my mono Monday effort - I have struck a chord with my irritation at planned obsolescence - thanks to everyone who visited my journal.
