March in like a lion out like a lamb as the old proverb goes. 

We can only hope that if March starts off stormy it will end on a calm note, but the key word is hope. This time of year we spend lots of time building hope with our Learners' Forum-what else can we do? 


Winter is hard on many of our members preventing them living full and active lives and suffering a little from feeling isolated by the short days and long nights.


Reductions in funding for adult learning always hit during the Winter when people feel powerless-so now is the time to rejuvenate them to regain some of their own power.


Hope Springs-let's move forward!
