Seeing off the storms

All the clouds seem to have retreated to the mountains leaving sunlight on the vines as they begin to turn their different colours depending on variety. In Magalas while I waited for the car to have its two-yearly controle technique test (and was pronounced comme neuve, like new!) I saw lizards out on a warm wall in the sun although the mûriers platanes (Morus bombycis) in the car park were being trimmed of all their leaves as their shade won't be needed over the next few months.
