Terrace bashing

One of our main reasons for coming out at this time of year is to clear the garden. Legally one is obliged to clear any land within fifty metres of a building and that is a long way on steeply terraced hillside. An inspection by the fire authorities is due in March causing much consternation in the valley. 
This photo is taken from our least clear ground but it has got better today. All the roofs you can see are out - some in better nick than others.
