Tricia took this one so no apologies from me about the "Aaaah"nature of it.
I suppose if you have spent yesterday with nine hours in a car and five hours on a ferry, one is entitled to a snooze at midday, not helped by the fact it was pretty grim outside.
Much more energetic day for both of us with an hour's supervised exercise in the local hospital. The price one pays for going to the physio.
