Another War Memorial

I enjoyed looking at the public art around the waterfront of Cardiff Bay.
This commemorates merchant seafarers from the ports of Cardiff, Barry and Penarth and is positioned in front of the Senedd (Welsh Assembly) building.
It is made of galvanised painted steel, sculpted by Brian Fell in 1996.
He seamed together two distinct things, the beached hull of a ship and a timeless face.
