The Spotty House

Only went out first thing to collect a parcel from the main post office.  I got there just after 7:00 am to beat the crowds and find a parking space.  I pulled up and the first thing I noticed was this house.  It sits right opposite the main council offices, I can only assume it didn't need planning permission or listed building consent for the external colour scheme!

Don't get me wrong, it's bonkers, but I don't have anything against it.  It is quintessentially English, eccentric to its core.  When I got home I Googled it and it was at one time a children's nursery, but now appears to  be used by a company who offers private tuition for children.
