Tipple

Visiting dad who is recovering from a bout of flu. It’s long recovery when you are 87.
He always feels the cold so he has the heating in the house on full blast. I’m at the other end of the temperature scale so feel like I’m staying in a sauna. Ive managed to keep my bedroom cool as an escape.
Much as I like to visit him it is hard work (he probably feels the same way and is fed up of me trying to change his house!).
Anyway in the evening I felt that a sherry would help us both.
