A sign

Up and out for a run this morning. Missing my local Parkrun but no excuses. Today was a surprise as it was warm! 12 degrees - I had to stop to remove one of my layers.
Dad and I were taken out for a pub lunch by one of his friends. Nice to be out and good to know that dad has people looking out for him.
