LEARNING TO BE PART OF OUR FAMILY
Considering Oscar had never seen a cat before, never mind a Bengal who can be quite challenging, he is coping very well. Here you can see the pair of them deciding who has rights over the large cat toy.
It's so funny to watch with Shelley placing her paw along the tunnel to push the ball away like a ping ball machine while Oscar prefers the brute force approach; just pick up the whole gadget in his teeth. Not very subtle but effective!!
All is fine until Oscar's persistent snapping at her limbs gets him in a swift rugby tackle, teeth and claws administering a hefty nip until he yelps. So we have to intervene and call BREAK from time to time.
But it's never dull. He went his first outing to the Pet Shop yesterday to buy his new walking harness. Couldn't believe how something so small could cost so much.
The whole experience was exhausting for him and fell asleep when we got home.
Happy Mother's Day to all Mums. Just had a call from Matthew, at least I have one son who cares.
Sending hugs to all xxxxx
