Helpful robin

This charming little poser was really on form during my brisk walk around Branston Water Park.

It was only when I looked back over my photos that I saw the encouraging signs of new growth.

It was foggy and damp at dawn but a slice of brightness appeared just before noon - too welcome to waste.

Happy Mother’s Day...... quietly reflecting on my own, and other wonderful mothers who are no longer with us xxx
