today is brought to you today with the letter `H` for headache ..a real minger that lasted all day..eventually it cleared and ohhh man the relief ... again first point of business is to say ..work went well .. again..mind you ,, the last few days has been like driving with your head underneath a duvet its been so foggy..just a little taster of things to come perhaps ???
Just a workaday work day ..started well apart from the above,,a nice brekkie out with ali ..yeah liked that ... listened to radio 4 today to try to feed the mind.. have today , they do have some right ole egomaniacs on.. usually politicians to be fair,,but BBC execs are getting a bit of a pasting at the mo...bless em..have to say theres a lot of bruised egos around, lance armstrongs fall from grace has been epic, although latest reports are saying that he has sustained serious leg injuries after falling from his ego,he should make a partial recovery but his ego will never walk again.... apparently ..just so i heard.... us ordinary folks cant afford such luxuries ...and im glad to be at the bottom of the pile.. its not so far to fall. !!
well that was day 4 of this working week,,one more day,, just one dear god give me strength,, its 12 hours in the yard, on my feet then 11 off....yippee...
