Diamonds and Rust

I was in meetings for 8 hours today, if you count a work related lunch. This is a new record. But I got home to chicken and dumplings for dinner, then recorder playing with two friends. And then it was blip time. The picture is a bunch of things I became enamoured with while kayaking at the lighthouse end of Sauvie's Island. There used to be a big dock and mooring in the old days, and now there is a lot of old metal and a bit of crockery on the beach. I hauled this stuff home and then they rusted some more in my shed. I just decided to feature them on my coffee table.
