After a threat of litigation, tourniquets and strangulation the cream of the British Insurance Industry turned up trumps and delivered my hire vehicle to me.  There is an excess of £760 and I can only pedal it between the hours of 03.00 - 04.00 hrs in any week.  No commuting or third party drag racing trials are allowed.  I must not enter the Tour d'Orcades.
