Buckets

We’re on the last two areas of the house to decorate since we moved in 28 months ago.  We just have the internal porch and the corridor that many of the rooms lead off of, still to decorate.  This time period also includes some external and internal building work, so a lot achieved!
 
So, with this job in mind, M and I took ourselves off to B&Q this morning, to get our chosen paint colour mixed.
 
It’ll be so good to have the DIY in the house finally completed, then we can start on re-designing the garden.  We’ve been so pleased with every room that we’ve decorated and bit by bit our house has gradually become ours and the more we do the more it feels like our very special home.
 
B&Q is not known for its photographic opportunities, however, this stack of buckets by the door caught my eye and thought they would be fine for an emergency blip.
 
PS: It wouldn’t be right to fail to mention the passing of Stephen Hawking, announced today.  He was one of this country’s greatest minds and such an inspiration to all.
