Salty bull.
The penultimate Goa day, 14th March.
Being our last real day, we decided to spend it on the beach, thus achieving target 1. It was quite cloudy which helped us extend the duration from 2 or 3 hours to 5 hours, with a shady hour for lunch, when we had our first whole fish of the tour. Pomfret in garlic butter. Meant to snap before eating, but forgot. Extra is of two which someone else got.
Whilst relaxing after lunch, the relative peace was somewhat disturbed by the local Brahmini bull coming down from the village for a bathe in the sea. He was on a couple of restraining ropes, but I edited these from the photo, just to give him a sensation of freedom. Ho Ho!
Not started on target 2, yet.
Other extra is a wee dug whom I'd like to befriend, but she has fleas. They all do.
Went to Dominick's for the promised live sitar music. Guess what, it's tomorrow, so we moved on to Joncy's for dinner. Ordered the same dishes that we had and enjoyed so much last Sunday, and guess what, they were all different. Not as good as previously, but still more than acceptable. See another extra.
Target 2 abandoned until the morning. Taxi booked for 11:15.
Catch up tomorrow sometime, in Mumbai.
