Wild Wednesday - Powering Down?

The weather is too unpredictable; one day sunny the next bitterly cold. These fallow deer have taken their batteries out for the day...

I love the way their heads loll left and right, perfectly framing the almost not quite asleep fellow in the centre of the tableau. 

Cailleach suggests there may be a powering down of the Wild Wednesday theme, and I hope that doesn't happen. 

Checking the daily theme is as much a routine as tagging all the overnight adverts in the "New" tab first thing in the morning. ;-)
