Lovely Leicestershire.
I had the day off today, to use up some leave before the financial year end otherwise I would loose it. As I've recently joined Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust I'm exploring all the sites local to me. This is one I didn't know about until I got the Trust's guidebook, it's called Altar Stones and is high up above Markfield surrounded by the M1 and the A50 but nonetheless it has smashing views and some of our granite outcrops.
