Small Convention

There were about eight Northern Flickers in the yard this afternoon, mostly females with one smug male.  Sadly, all eight weren't inclined to group together for a photo. They're very flitty critters and hard to photograph, especially if they spot the photographer but this group was more interested in eating, at least briefly.
