Bad Weather Coming

I fancied a trip out in the nice morning light to look for a blip. Snow had been forecast and a few flakes were falling from what seemed like a sunny blue sky as I looked out of the window.

I took some shots in the sunshine, of a tree I had seen earlier in the week and then turned to see the dark clouds over Great Mell Fell. Happy with our shots, we got into the car and decided to treat ourselves to lunch at Cocklakes Farm Shop on the A66.

We got our favourite seats and were astounded by the noise of the wind going over the roof, then we got a marvellous view of the blizzard.

Lunch over, we got ourselves home and I did some photo editing I'd been promising someone.
