Sunday snacking

Weekend walk # 2  : this time 4 miles at Otseningo Park . All flat and paved trail.Again - hardly any birdlife - well not none. There were 4-5 mergansers on the river ,a few robins ,some blackbirds ,a heard but not seen titmouse, a red tail and a bald eagle . The latter two only briefly seen before catching the latest thermal out of the park. It was still snowy and breezy and cold. I thought we were walking pretty fast , but it was almost 2 hours again . I am afraid the best blip  of the afternoon was our somewhat distant squirrel  snacking on the tree.
