10:30am Ritual

Every day, when we've got a 2 hour lecture, we stop half way though for a 5 minute coffee break. It's got it's pro's and cons - by this point in the morning I'm normally struggling to keep my eyes open, so it helps that, but also messes up the rhythm of the lecture so much that come the second half my heart really isn't in it. Similarly, the break often becomes more like 10 minutes...
