Japanese Girl With A Pearl Earring

I spent a lovely afternoon at the Kobe City Museum viewing the collection currently on display from the Mauritshuis in Holland. The main attraction was Vermeer's Girl With A Pearl Earring, but other stand out works for me were Simeon's Song of Praise by Rembrandt, Portrait of Michael Ophovius by Rubens, The Goldfinch by Carel Fabritius and The Oyster Eater by Jan Steen. I liked this very clever poster too.
