East Yorkshire Ritual

Another day another disused railway trail! A section of the Hudson Way, leaving Market Weighton and shared by the Wolds Way you soon come across the site of St Helena's Well and its tree of tokens and devotions. I have had a quick search but can find no real connection between the area and the St. The walk is very pleasant ( we had sunshine ) it did get a bit tender underfoot after it parted company with the Wolds Way. We also came across a curvy bench and a nature reserve , will come back and do the next section another day. Added another 8.5 km to yesterdays 9.6 km.  
An early blip and off to try and finish editing the weekends Steampunk images and salvage something from my frozen roses which went badly!
