Dunblane

This experiment with fish -eye lens is Dunblane , in the news today because of Judy Murray’s controversial tennis centre on Park of Keir.
 

The Stirling Observer carried a story about the local council calling for more transparency over the negotiations for the controversial Park of Keir development.
 
It is some months since the Scottish Minister gave the go-ahead for this against the recommendations of a Public Inquiry, Stirling Council and the wishes of the local community.
 
The reason given was that it was “ of national importance”.
 
Since then Judy Murray has sold her house and moved to London to be near her grandchildren.
 
Meanwhile the developer is left with planning permission to build executive houses on the Greenbelt between Dunblane and Bridge of Allan.
 
Oh yes there will be a tennis centre attached…and if it fails t well, that’s a brownfield site and hey presto more houses.
