We had a session today on Data Protection Impact Assessments, helping us to prepare as an organisation for the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation on 25 May this year.

The changes are significant and far reaching and we have lots to do as an organisation to make sure our systems and policies are fit and ready for the 25th. We start from a good base but it was informative, if a litttle sobering, over what needs to be done and how we all go about it.

Still, the IG team of Alice and Katie ( who joined us on Monday) are there to help.

We had some grapes left over from yesterday. They did not last long.
