The Fire Fighters Memorial

A cold rainy day in Christchurch. Why did I not bring an umbrella??. This park has memorials to fire fighters everywhere especially those that fought fires in Christchurch after earthquakes and those who fought fires on 9/11 in the US. The twisted piece of metal in the foreground is from the Twin Towers.  Very cold. Its not like me to seek out a shopping centre.
