Day 16 - a good habit

Every work night himself comes in, gets changed and pounds the cross trainer for 25 minutes starting at level 7 and finishing at level 12

Every night after work I run up stairs .Have a pee .ask how long dinner will be and the clamber on cross trainer and walk backwards very fast for one minute at level one 

Good habits .just different methods
