Beauty, not beast

She warned him not to be deceived by appearances, for beauty is found within.

Snow is falling as I walk back to HQ. There’s less than an inch on the ground, mainly slush, and the roads are clear. This isn’t the emergency they predicted - and I am mighty happy about that.

I spend the day with three people who want to train using our material. It’s really quite an enjoyable change. One of them, John, records a video interview with me - in the Smart Bear living room, complete with electric fire effect heater.

I take a few wrong turns getting to the airport, but am installed in the BA lounge with plenty of time to sample its delights. There’s a fantastic array of hot food. I eat too much ;)

The plane is packed and way too hot. A sleeping pill should help me through the short flight.
