More Sea Creatures

The excitement of finding damaged or incomplete Paua shells while beachcombing has paled into insignificance since finding a pile of perfect, large shells lying abandoned on the beach in Wellington.
Tempting as it was to pick up a couple, we are not allowed to take any home, so they remain where they lay, half-covered in sand.
