Has Spring finally arrived?

Having arrived home yesterday evening after our week's holiday, today has been a busy day with spending time in the chicken field, doing masses of washing, and generally being occupied by household activities.
Our American housesitter left early departing for a family holiday in Bakewell in the Peak District, followed by further house sits in the UK, Europe and possibly South Africa. She has been a great housesitter and spoiled the cats, especially Whisky who had moved onto her bed.

The clocks have moved forward by one hour. Well actually the clock face remains the same but time is now ahead. With thanks, or not, to William Willett who had the idea of Daylight Saving.
And so at 18.45. it is still light outside and I had forgotten to blip something. So my emergency blip is of the felt flower we bought in a wonderful Fair trade shop in Bad Kreuzchen
